Apparently it is become fashionable to have one’s genitals re-worked via plastic surgery.

Now, tell me, isn’t it true that women have been having other sex organs re-shaped for decades, or have I totally misunderstood? Lips, breasts, thighs and asses all go under the knife quite regularly, no? Why is it suddenly so controversial and wrong to have one’s labia changed or clitoris de-hooded?
